I GOT A NEW JOB!

Months and months i have been looking for a new job as a phlebotomist, well since that wasn't going so well for me i stopped looking for that and i just wanted anything in an doctor office thinking that i can move up. I've called a lot of places and nothing, finally i called Ventura Orthopedics. The girl on the other line said that they weren't hiring for a receptionist but was looking for a Physical Therapy Aide, i told her that i don't know anything about that and if that doesn't matter than yes i would love to look into it. So the next day i went and handed in my resume and had a 15 minute interview and was told that she'll call me the beginning of next week. I got a call on Tuesday and they told me that they would like me to come in for a second interview i was screaming up and down i was soo excited. So Wednesday i went in and 30 minutes later i had a new job! FUll TIME Monday-Friday!!! NORMAL HOURS and WEEKENDS OFF! i haven't had that EVER!! I start on Wednesday the 27th so soon! Tonight I'm at work in Camarillo and have been telling my residents that i will be leaving on the First and they get soo SAD it makes me sad but i have learned SO Much here being in the mental health field has been so amazing and i look at people with a mental illness different rather them just being "crazy". I am so exited about starting a new job and i cant wait to learn!!!!

3 Years this month! This is my new favorite picture! From dinner the other night with his Mom and some of his sisters! Cheesecake Factory YUMMY I have never been there and his mom wanted to go there for mothers day and dang was it tasty! i want to go back soon sooo whoever is willing to go I right there with you!

Road Trip!!!

Meg and I wanted to have a sister road trip. What a perfect time for Kelli to get married! Plus Megan wants to move up there so she checked it out and loved it! First we drove up Wednesday and stayed with Jessica in Vegas which was a lot of fun. We ate at Toby Keith restaurant it was so good! then next morning we went to Paris and had some crepe's which were so yummy! we got to Provo Thursday evening. Friday we drove around town so Meg was able to look at everything. Saturday was Kelli's wedding. We went to her luncheon that it was at this farm thing but it was so beautiful! She was beautiful! We reception was so pretty it didn't even look like it was at the church beside the floors! Chelsea and Dave came down from Idaho and it was so great to see them. Chelsea and Meg and I went to dinner Friday night and talked about everything we haven't seen each other since she got married 9 months ago. It was great to see everyone! Congrats to Kelli and Tj! Love you Both!

Los Angles Zoo

Megan and I wanted to have a sister day so we went to the Los Angles Zoo! So much fun. We haven't been here in yearsss!!!! So it was nice to go back. The weather was so hot I'm thinking in the high 90's! When we got to the Camel it was Megan's idea to make it look like we were kissing it! Very funny! This gorilla was HUGE i couldn't believe it! I was scared to sit that close to it even if that glass was there. At one point it stood up and hit the glass with it's hand and ran away! Scary!!! But it was a great day we had a blast!

Baseball Game.

April 4th Josh and I went to go play a softball game with his old roommate family for the 1 year anniversary of there brother Stuart death. This is everyone who played!!! But i don't know who won or lost, we got hungry in the middle of the game and we started to eat and never really finished the game! It was a great day! In the other picture it's Tabby, Josh, Lil Nan and Tavi Sturats brother and sisters!

GO Dodgers

Tonight I'm going see them win!!! They are playing against the Giants. Today is my friend's birthday. He passed away a year ago and his sport was baseball his team was Dodgers. So its a great idea to get all of our friends together to remember him. I'll have picture up soon. I bought a new shirt new hat i wanted to get my nails done Dodger blue but i ran out of time. I'm so excited for tonight!

Who's With Me?

WHO'S WITH ME? LOS ANGLES SEPTEMBER 12-13, 2009!!! I've been thinking about doing this for sometime now! My friend and I have always talked about it and it's about time to actually do this so whoever is with me let me know! I'm going to sign up! I'm so excited for this i cant wait!

Valentines Day.

For Valentines Day Josh and I went with some of our friends to the Laugh Factory. It was only $35 for VIP. Which included no wait outside to get in and sits close to the stage. Our sits were great! We were in the 2 row! The people that were there weren't that famous but really funny!!! Before the show started we had time to spare. We found a Saddle Ranch up the street that we all went to eat at. Josh and I knew he was spending alot of money so we got some chicken strips and something else cant remember but that totally fill us up!! When it says no waiting.... we waited, but not long at all. We saw about 5 people that had like a 15 minutes show. The last guy was so funny i couldn't stop laughing. I was so scared on them picking on me! BUT they didn't i would of turned red and I'm sure they would of started making fun of that! Overall it was a great night. Kinda boreding with our friends they were boreding and didn't talk to any of us or each other (really weird)!!!! Josh and I had a blast! Our other friends went to the showing after us and they only paid 10 dollars more for a "special guest" it was DANE COOK. Somewhat jealous but he kinda bugs me. He makes joke about some things that shouldn't be made fun of. So it wasn't really a big deal!!!!!! It was a great night Josh and I had a blast!

My two week Internship at Kaiser.....

Kaiser.... It was fun and i learned alot of new ways to draw blood. I was there from 9-5 Monday - Friday. I only did out patient. I wish i had the chance to go in the In patient but i didn't. It's alot harder doing in patient because they are on all sort of medications swollen and cranky etc... I've come to learn that i don't like the people who are getting there blood drawn to watch me, they make me nervous. Every time i saw them looking i always said "Your not scared of needles" they would then look up at me and i would do it then! Sneeky Ha through out the week i didn't mind so much if the patient watch i got use to it which is a good thing. I meet some really funny people. This one guy KNEW CLINT EASTWOOD!!!!!!!! Now that I've seen Grand Torino i fell in love with Clint Eastwood. So we talked about him for a good hour almost which made my day!!! Doing this help me so much, in school i was so upset if i missed a vein but i wasn't skilled enough to go get it if it had rolled! I missed on people its not a bad thing the staff missed on them. but i know how to angle the needle to go find it! Sounds SOOO gross but once they said ouch i pulled out. I don't want to be that girl who kept "fishing". NO Way I haven't drawn in 2 weeks and i miss it so much. Megan is in class now for it and our teacher said that we can go to class and draw on the new students but the students are aloud to draw on us too!!!! This is my lovely name badge i had to wear! BUT i turned it around so that the patients didn't know i was a student. they got all crazy and refused to have a student draw on them! All and All it was a good thing. I learned new things and had a FUN. NOW i wait til i get my license then i start applying to places :)
